Cancellation Policy

• If MathNav cancels an individual session that was paid up front, the student can claim a full refund if they do not reschedule the session.
• If MathNav cancels a group class due to unavoidable circumstances, students will be provided a full-length, pre-recorded lecture in lieu of class. No refunds will be issued if the video lecture is provided.
• If the student cancels an individual session that was paid up front, they may claim a refund only if the cancellation was communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to the booked session. MathNav reserves the right to enforce this policy, but may choose to issue a refund in extenuating circumstances.
• If a student does not attend a group class, the student is not entitled to a refund or a pre-recorded lecture. Although, MathNav may provide a pre-recorded lecture upon request if one is available and requested by the student.
• If a student informs MathNav of an expected absence from a group class with at least 14 days notice, MathNav will provide a pre-recorded lecture of the class to the student, but will not issue a refund for the class. This privilege can only be used for one lecture per year.
